Terms of Use

Effective October 13, 2026

These terms apply when you download or use Biblarm, the iPhone app (“Biblarm”, “we”, “us”). By using Biblarm you agree to them. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). If the two ever conflict, the standard EULA controls.

Biblarm Pro

After setup, Biblarm requires one of these purchases to use the app:

  • Monthly and Yearly subscriptions, which may include a free trial.
  • Lifetime: a one-time purchase. No renewals.

Current prices and trial lengths are shown in the app and on the App Store, in your currency, before you confirm a purchase.

Free trials and renewals

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the paid period ends.
  • If you cancel during a free trial, you won’t be charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

When a subscription ends, Biblarm pauses your alarms until you subscribe again or restore a purchase.

Using Biblarm

Biblarm schedules alarms through Apple’s AlarmKit and is designed to wake you reliably. Still, alarms depend on your iPhone’s settings, battery, volume and software. Don’t rely on Biblarm as your only alarm where oversleeping could cause harm, such as for medication, travel or work safety.

Please don’t copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, except where the law allows it.

Scripture

Biblarm includes the King James Version and the World English Bible. Both are in the public domain. “World English Bible” is a trademark of eBible.org.

Disclaimer and liability

Biblarm is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in the standard EULA and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed appointments from an alarm that did not sound. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
