How can we help?

Answers to common questions, and a real person when you need one.

Alarms

My alarm didn’t ring. Open Settings, then Biblarm, and make sure Alarms is allowed. Biblarm uses Apple’s AlarmKit, so it rings in Silent mode and during Focus, but the ringer volume in Settings, then Sounds & Haptics, still applies. Also check that the alarm is switched on in Biblarm and that your subscription is active.

It rang again after I tapped Stop. That’s “Ring again until I’ve read”. Tapping Stop without reading schedules a backup alarm one minute later. You can turn it off in each alarm’s settings.

Can I use my own sound? Yes. In an alarm’s Sound screen, choose Import from Files. Biblarm uses the first 30 seconds. Songs from streaming services can’t be imported.

Reading aloud

Biblarm isn’t hearing me. Open Settings, then Biblarm, and allow Microphone and Speech Recognition. Read at a normal pace, a little closer to your iPhone.

It keeps missing one word. Tap “Stuck on a word? Skip”. You have three skips per passage.

I can’t read aloud right now. Tap “Type it instead” and type the passage to finish.

Purchases and subscriptions

Restore a purchase on a new iPhone from Settings in Biblarm, then Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

Cancel a subscription in the Settings app, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Biblarm. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles all App Store payments and refunds.

Your data

Accounts are optional. If you made one, delete it in the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account; that removes your email address and user ID from our systems. Everything else lives on your iPhone and is removed when you delete the app. See the Privacy Policy.
